Return and Refund Policy

Every Casabianca Swim piece is made to order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstance.

Costa Rica — Exchanges. For orders delivered within Costa Rica, we offer an exchange for a different size or a different piece of equal value, as long as the request is submitted and approved by us before anything is shipped back, within 7 business days of delivery. The piece must be unused and unworn, in its original condition with all tags and packaging. For swimwear bottoms, the hygienic liner must be intact. Items purchased on Sale or with a gift card cannot be exchanged.

International orders — Store credit. For orders shipped outside Costa Rica we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. In eligible cases, such as a manufacturing defect, we offer store credit based on photo evidence, submitted within 7 business days of delivery. Please do not ship any piece back to us.
